# A1000duck

Welcome to my little 'Brotkapsel' (bread capsule). I'm A1000duck and I love bread, real bread, not the excuse for bread sold in super markets!

This love of bread lead me towards baking my own bread, just using natural ingredients - water, flour, yeast, salt. I want to use this capsule to archive and share my recepies.
